Join Meg Walsh & Don Christensen for a weekend of mindfulness and gratitude at the serene, beautiful, and off the grid Northern Love Project.
The intention is to move inward, to cultivate connection with self and others, and to open our eyes to the world with more clarity and creativity. Our tools to cultivate heart based living will be mindfulness, breath, music, silence, expression, movement and stillness.
During this retreat we will begin with Friday night dinner, an opening circle and close with a yin/restorative practice.
On Saturday we begin with an early morning meditation (optional) followed by a yoga practice, an afternoon nature exploration and workshop, following by a dinner and Celebration (drumming/dancing) on Saturday evening. If you have any instruments (djembe, shakers, etc.) please bring along for group sharing (all levels welcomed and appreciated).
Sunday will open with early morning meditation, yoga, meals, more yoga, and a closing circle.
