Yoga Tune UP Balls - only half the battle



I just put in an order for 65 of these Self-Massage balls... i sold 35 of them last year (at cost) and each person who bought them has shared positive reviews.

Personally, I use my therapy balls 2x/ day (in the morning and evening) to release accumulated tension and stress from the day and overnight. They make all the difference at the end of the day to be honest.

While these balls are incredible, I believe they are only half the battle in the case against pure, optimal range of movement.

In addition to releasing the tension, those of us with pain or tension need to re-learn how to be in and use our bodies in ways that do not accumulate tension in the first place.

Using the yoga balls are like paying off your credit card; one needs to stop using the credit card as well to truly get out of debt.
